My client and I visited <strong>13971 West 158th Street in Olathe</strong> at the Nottingham at Heritage Park neighborhood. The seller was only allowing showing for 2 hours and apparently the bank is going to choose the best offer on Wednesday. There were 17 vehicles filling the cul-de-sac and spilling out on to the the adjoining road. It seemed like there were a lot of investors milling about since the minimum asking price was so much lower than the rest of the neighborhood. In the 35 minutes we were there I counted about 25 different set of potential buyers. Almost a 3/4 acre lot.</p>
<p>Expect a bidding war.</p>
