Overland Park Homes for Sale in Wyngate
With the recent overhaul almost complete in Wyngate, now is the time to go look. Rodrock has a model home row to walk through. There are a variety of floorplans to look at such as two story plans and reverse one and a half story plans.
The area amenity package is finally complete. The pool is in (closed for the season), both basketball courts are reading for some neighborhood hoops, and the sand volleyball court is set up for some friendly spiking.
As of this update (10/4/2011) there are still some bank owned properties in Wyngate, but with Rodrock there, the neighborhood is on a good turn-around and is filling in.
