I was talking with an out of town home buyer recently. We were discussing Leawood. The topic of Southern Leawood and Leawood South came up. Just to point out, there is a subdivision in Leawood KS called Leawood South. However, when searching online most folks are expecting their favorite search tool to interpret Leawood South as the Southern part of Leawood.

So Leawood, the Southern Part, has mostly higher end homes, new or newer construction, and like Leawood itself, is in limited and short supply.

Leawood South (meaning the South part of Leawood) will include Town Center, Hawthorne Plaza, Dean and DeLuca, the Apple store, as well as these fine home subdivisions

An aspiring filmmaker from Leawood has his sights set on the Super Bowl. Like many on February 6, he will be watching the game for the commercials – the chance to see his own commercial.

Brad Bosley was named a Pepsi Max finalist in the Crash the Super Bowl Challenge. His 30 second spot was selected as one of ten finalists.
