If you have been paying attention to the new home sales rates for subdivisions in Johnson County for the last few years you know that Overland Park has had a two horse race for the top neighborhoods where people are actually buying homes. Wilshire Farms and Mills Farm have dominated southern Johnson County new home sales essentially since they opened.
