Bluestem, at 159th and Quivira has been selling like hotcakes for the last 6 months, rivaling Wilshire Farms for most homes sold at 17 homes. That is a pretty major feat. Bluestem is attracting buyers who want a roughly half acre lot, new construction, and don’t necessarily want to be in the million dollar plus category.

The new model homes are open. The amenity package is complete, that always helps sales. Who enjoys waiting years for a pool to go in? No one. 🙂
