Hilltop Park is within Spring Hill itself, about 5 to 10 minutes east by car, with ball fields and open greenspace. Big Bull Creek Park, a Johnson County property, is a short drive south to Edgerton and offers trails, fishing, and a disc golf course. Heritage Park, one of the larger Johnson County parks, is roughly 15 minutes north and features a lake, a marina, an off-leash dog park, and an extensive trail system.
