Woodland Creek is divided into Woodland Creek Meadows and Woodland Creek Estates. The Meadows have homes from 1400-1900 square feet and are mostly 3-4 bedroom 2.5-3.5 baths depending on if the lower levels are finished. Woodland Creek Estates are mostly 4 bedrooms 2.5.-3.5 baths, occasionally more if the lower levels are finished. Some of the houses, in both the Meadows and Estates have 6′ extensions on the garage leaving a lot of room for storage. On the Derby (2564 plan), the 6′ extension option turned into a 10′ extension of the garage as well as a long extension of the primary bedroom closet.
Woodland Creek has a community pool and a playscape area. Hike and bike trails are planned to run through the community.
